1. Become a member
Simply click on Sign Up and fill out the simple form. After you have entered all your information and click Continue you will be prompted for a credit card number. The card will be charged £7.50 for your first month's membership. If you would rather join up and hire by phone simply call us on 01522 869444, 0788 213 5252 or 0797 092 3152.
That's it, you're done! You immediately have access to all of our gorgeous genuine designer handbags.
2. Select a genuine designer bag
As a member simply browse through our collection. If you click on any of these links it will open up a new window so when you have finished looking, simply close that window and you will come back to this page.
When you see a bag you desire from our collection click on 'More Details' to see the bag close up, the dimensions and description of the bag and the weekly, fortnightly and monthly hire price. Each and every one of the bags on the site is guaranteed as a 100% authentic designer bag and if you have doubts then just ask to see our authenticity cards and purchase receipts.
3. Hiring a bag
When you have selected the bag you wish to hire simply select 'weekly', 'fortnightly' or 'monthly' hire from the 'HIRE LENGTH:' drop down box. Then enter the number of weeks / months in the box below and click 'Add to cart'.
Finally click on 'checkout' enter your membership username and password, confirm your address and you're done. Your payment will be processed via our secure online payment system.
4. Delivering your bag
The bag of your dreams will be delivered to your door within 1 to 2 working days and all we ask is that you enjoy it and look after it so that it stays looking beautiful.
5. Returning your bag
When the sad day arrives that you are due to part with your bag we ask that you place it in the pre-paid and addressed Royal Mail Special Delivery bag which was supplied with your designer bag (UK only: please note that customers in the European Union will pay return carriage costs at the time they take it to the Post Office) . Take it to any Post Office for return to us.

7. Waiting List
We operate a Waiting List if the bag you would like is currently unavailable or you would like a bag for a particular date in the future. Simply email us the name of the bag, the date you would like it to arrive and the length of hire and we will put you on the list, subject to availability. We will email you to advise you the bag is reserved on the Waiting List, or if it is not available we will let you know that too. On our website, you will notice some bags have the additional detail "Monthly/Fortnightly/Weekly Hire currently unavailable" - this is where a bag has been reserved on our Waiting List for a date in the near future, but there is time for a shorter-term hire in the meantime.
8. Acquire
Oh, and one last thing, if you can't bear the pain of saying goodbye to any of our bags or hiring one isn't enough and you want to keep it forever then contact us for a price to purchase at enquiries@handbaghirehq.co.uk You will then have the unique ability to contact us to acquire the bag either gently used or new!
